These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the booking and provision of guided tours in Kyrgyzstan offered on manas-tour.com by Manas Tour (operated by Individual Entrepreneur Aleksei Zipovski, TIN (INN) 504708400705), e-mail: zakazmanastour@gmail.com, WhatsApp: +996 700 687 944 ("Manas Tour", "we"). By submitting a booking request you accept these Terms.

1. Services

We organise guided day tours and short multi-day tours in Kyrgyzstan (transfers, guiding, and the inclusions listed on each tour page). The exact scope, duration, meeting point and price of each tour are described on the relevant tour page and confirmed by our manager before payment.

2. Booking and confirmation

A booking request via the website, chat or messengers is not yet a confirmed booking.
Our manager contacts you to confirm availability, final price and payment method. The contract is concluded when we send you a written confirmation (e-mail or messenger).
Please provide accurate contact details — we are not responsible for failed communication caused by incorrect data.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise; group prices depend on the number of participants.
Payment terms (prepayment amount, methods, currency) are agreed during confirmation.
Entrance fees, meals and activities marked "optional" are payable separately unless the tour page states they are included.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation by you 48 hours or more before the tour start — full refund of any prepayment.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the start, or no-show — the prepayment may be retained to cover incurred costs.
Cancellation by us (weather, safety, minimum group not reached, force majeure) — you choose a full refund or a new date.
If a tour is interrupted for safety reasons, we refund the unused part where reasonably possible.

5. Itinerary changes

Mountain weather and road conditions may require reasonable changes to the route or programme. We will always offer the closest possible alternative of equal value.

6. Health, safety and your responsibilities

Tours take place in mountainous terrain. You must assess your own fitness and inform us in advance of medical conditions, pregnancy or limited mobility.
You must follow the guide’s instructions, use provided safety equipment, and not undertake activities under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Participants are responsible for their travel documents and personal belongings.
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering active/mountain tourism.

7. Liability

We are liable for the proper provision of the services we have confirmed. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the price paid for the tour. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, road closures, actions of authorities, force majeure), nor for consequences of your failure to follow safety instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for personal injury caused by our negligence).

8. Consumer rights

These Terms do not restrict any mandatory consumer rights you enjoy under the laws of your country of residence.

9. Intellectual property

All website content (texts, photos, logos) belongs to Manas Tour or its licensors and may not be used commercially without permission. With your separate consent, photos taken during tours may be used in our social media.

10. Governing law and disputes

We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably — write to us and we will respond within 10 business days. Unless mandatory consumer law of your residence provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the law of the operator’s place of registration.
