1. Data covered by this consent

name and surname;
phone number and/or e-mail address;
selected tour, preferred dates, number of guests;
the content of your messages (forms, website chat, messengers).

2. Purposes of processing

processing your booking request and contacting you about it;
organising and providing the booked tour;
customer support and quality assurance.

Marketing e-mails are covered by a separate Newsletter Consent — this consent does not subscribe you to any mailing list.

3. Processing details

Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, use, transfer to the processors listed in our Privacy Policy (CRM, calendar, chat and hosting providers), and deletion. Data is stored no longer than 3 years after your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law.

4. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw this consent at any time by e-mailing zakazmanastour@gmail.com with the subject "Withdraw consent". Withdrawal is free of charge and takes effect within 10 business days; it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. After withdrawal we delete or anonymise your data unless we are legally required to retain it.

5. Your rights

You have all the rights described in our Privacy Policy, including access, rectification, erasure and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
